Return Policy

  • Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Original receipt or order proof required.
  • Perishable items (milk, bread, frozen items, fresh products) are NOT returnable.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refund will be issued via:
    • Original payment method
    • Bank transfer
    • Store credit (if applicable)

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
